Infrared catalytic burners made of stainless steel (INOX AISI 304) are a reliable source of heat, generated by combustion without flame (catalysis) of natural gas or propane gas and largely transmitted by irradiation.
The IR burner emits infrareds that are absorbed by surrounding objects and this infrared energy travels along straight lines.
The full range of Aricat infrared lamps is made of sophisticated and high quality materials, thus ensuring high efficiency even in the presence of impure gas with high levels of unsaturated hydrocarbons.
Aricat has introduced important technological innovations that can increase production capacity by reducing 60% of energy consumption, all in the full respect of the environment and with secure performances.
The IR panel lights up after a catalytic preheating stage.
The catalytic mass is brought to temperature thanks to the armoured resistance and the integrated temperature sensors (thermocouples or thermostats) allow the gas to enter the burner.
Finally, the calorific power of the gas will be transformed into infrared energy with a performance of 94%.
Types of fuel: Aricat catalytic panels are designed to work with both PROPANO (G31) and NATURAL GAS (G20). The right amount of gas will be dosed by the nozzle integrated in the burner. Any fuel conversion can only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Power: It is possible to modulate the power of the panel by intervening on the gas supply pressure in accordance with the limits on the label applied on the back of the product
Temperature: The temperature can be modulated between 180 ° and 550 ° degree
Dimensions: Aricat can develop specific dimensions on customer's request. Standard sizes: 210 x 510 (cm) - 260 x 510 (cm) - 410 x 510 (cm)
Installation, Maintenance, Positioning: The installation and maintenance of the catalytic bulbs must be carried out by qualified personnel to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. They are easily installable on any structure. Burners do not have moving parts, so maintenance is minimal.
They can be positioned in any way: horizontal, vertical, inclined downwards and upwards
Safety: There is the possibility to operate in potentially explosive areas thanks to our technology based on combustion without flame. In fact, our products are used where the presence of highly flammable solvents is considerable (ATEX areas).
